Shops are a recurring business throughout Crystal Fragments. Appearing in nearly every major location, they provide the player with areas where items, weapons, armor and more can be bought and sold for units.
Not every location has the same kind of shops available, for example, in New Woodbury, there is a shop dedicated to magical items, while in Carrasco, there is no such shop available.
Shop Types[]
The currently available shop types are:

- Shady Dealer
Item[]
Item shops usually sell the player's most basic items, such as potions, antidotes, and occasionally basic ingredients.
Accessory[]
Accessory shops sell equipable accessory items, such as rings and bangles.
Weapon / Armor[]
Weapon and Armor shops sell weapons used in battle, as well as armor pieces to protect the player from damage.
Grocery[]
Grocery stores usually sell foodstuffs (ingredients and prepared food), with rarer foodsuffs and non-food goods being sold on sale days.
Wheeze[]
The Wheeze Shop is a other-dimensional store that disappears and reappears once in a while. The shopkeepers here sell a multitude of items, and host the Daily Chance machine, which changes items per day. See Wheeze Shop for more information.
Vending Machine[]
Vending Machines are a special type of shop which allows the player to mainly buy sodas. What sets this shop apart from others is that it actually has a finite inventory, which is refilled every Saturday in-game.
Shady Dealer[]
The Shady Dealer is a character that appears in dungeons once in a blue moon. His special commodity is experience points for the player.
Trivia[]
- While most shops are physical locations the player visits to commence commerce, at one point there was talk about shops being accessed directly from the player's main menu.
